The Sports Philanthropy Project has made a solid commitment to social responsibility, community development and a determination to use the great resources, influence, and popularity of the sports industry to improve lives and strengthen communities. Since 1998, SPP has worked with teams and foundations from all of the major sports leagues; athlete foundations and player associations; and corporate and private philanthropy, to help build sustained and comprehensive social programs and services throughout the United States and Canada.
