Bio
Nikki Rose is a Greek American professional chef and writer based in Crete. She is Founder of Crete’s Culinary Sanctuaries Eco-Agritourism Network, an internationally acclaimed responsible travel program. Nikki has organized professional cultural-culinary seminars since 1997, featuring noted specialists. Her advocacy work and published articles cover cultural heritage preservation, organic agriculture and environmental issues.
