About David Foster

This is how David is a Changemaker:
Seeks to identify and help implement policy changes that will improve health and welfare through more efficient use of currently available resources. Helped develop EPA's initial Emission Trading ("Cap & Trade") policy that was later incorporated into the Kyoto Protocols. Identified lost time and lost water as the biggest costs in traditional systems for water delivery.

The place for which David feels a fondness or connection:
This is an exciting time to be in India. The biggest change is the rapidly growing awareness that change itself is possible.
